About The Position
The Nursing Assistant provides services to assigned residents in accordance with their care plans and facility policies and procedures, under the direction of supervisors. The role focuses on compassionate routine daily nursing care and assisting residents with personal care, meals, and other needs. The position includes attending scheduled training and educational classes to obtain Nursing Assistant certification. Requirements
- Must possess at least a 10th-grade education; a high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication competencies.
- Background and experience in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities
- Provide assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
- Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath, and other care functions as necessary.
- Prepare residents for meals and serve food; record food and fluid intake.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
