Come join our team at Naamans Creek Country Manor! No CNA experience? No problem! We will help you get started on your healthcare career by providing hands-on training and the opportunity to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and want to gain the skills and experience needed to work in healthcare.

Requirements

• Have a genuine desire to help others.
• Are eager to learn and build a career in healthcare.
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Are attentive to detail and willing to follow instructions.
• Can commit to the training schedule, including Monday–Friday classes from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Previous healthcare experience is not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Support residents with mobility and other activities while promoting comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Observe residents and report changes in their condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Complete assigned training and coursework to develop the skills needed for CNA certification.
• All resident care duties will be performed in accordance with facility policies, training requirements, and applicable supervision guidelines.
