About The Position
The Nursing Assistant Student is a caregiver who commits to working toward a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification program or an EMT program, either independently or through a program sponsored by Providence St. Patrick Hospital. Within 12 months of employment in this role, the Nursing Assistant Student must obtain either a CNA license or a Montana Emergency Medical Technician Basic License. The position is with Providence St. Patrick Hospital and supports its patient-focused, whole-person care mission.
Requirements
- Obtain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or a Montana Emergency Medical Technician Basic License within 12 months of employment.
- Obtain National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
