About The Position
Practices according to entity mandatory requirements. Practices according to department expectations. Practices with a Customer Service approach to all activities. Utilizes internal and external resources appropriately. Documents according to entity/departmental guidelines. Utilizes techniques of time management effectively. Obtains specimans according to policies and procedures. Processes specimens according to policies and procedures. Addresses age-specific needs of adolescents, adults and older adults. Participates in the nursing process during delivery of patient care. Demonstrates profieciency in Computerized Nursing Informatics (Information Systems) Assesses personal and learning development needs. Performs other work related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- CNA
- Must write and understand English.
- 6 months experience in a health care setting.
- Must have completed EKG Course.
- BLS.
- Phlebotomy.
