Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Nursing Assistant, CNA, EMT, Medical Assistant, or direct patient care experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Obtain and document vital signs and other patient information.
- Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Assist with patient transfers and ambulation.
- Maintain patient rooms and clinical areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate concerns to the nursing team.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver patient care.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection prevention practices.
