About The Position
Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. The position offers a full-time evening role and part-time day or overnight shifts. The stated pay is $18.00 per hour. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts receive a differential. Requirements
- High school education or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, and continence management.
- Check and monitor vital signs as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
- Provide excellent customer service.
