About The Position
The Waterford at Wisconsin Rapids, a Sonida Senior Living community, is a retirement community in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, providing assisted living and memory care. The Nursing Aide supports residents with daily living and care needs while promoting self-care, independence, dignity, and respect. The position may also involve helping with resident activities and meal service.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or a similar field preferred.

Responsibilities
- Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
- Escort residents within the building and outside as needed.
- Assist with setting up and serving meals and cleaning up afterward.
- May assist with planning and carrying out regularly scheduled resident activities.
- Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
