About The Position
At 5 Star Cares, every night shift is a chance to truly make a difference. We are hiring Nurses (LPN/RN) for our Lutz Facility. This is a part-time position with 12-hour shifts available. The work environment is a laid-back, community-based setting with moderate acuity. You will work with a supportive team with RT & CNA assistance for charting and med pass. We offer initiative & retention bonuses.
Requirements
- Active FL LPN or RN license
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)
- Must pass AHCA Level 2 background screening & Local Law
- Reliable, compassionate team player
Nice To Haves
- Relevant experience preferred (home health, hospice, rehab, or acute care)
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care during night shifts.
- Manage patient care with a 1:6 patient ratio.
- Assist with charting and med pass with RT & CNA support.
