Requirements
- Active Florida LPN or RN License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Eligible for AHCA Level 2 Background Screening & Local Law Requirements
- Must complete AHCA Level 2 background screening as required under House Bill 531 (2025)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Home Health, Rehab, Long-Term Care, Hospice, or Acute Care Preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Complete accurate charting and documentation
- Collaborate with nurses, RTs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary care teams
