Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current RN license in the state of practice or compact state required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of hospital clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Performing comprehensive patient assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized plans of care
- Administering medications and treatments according to provider orders and clinical guidelines
- Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning
- Educating and supporting patients and their families
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and promoting patient safety
