About The Position

Avante at Boca Raton is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct nursing care to residents and perform day-to-day nursing activities. Care must comply with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility and be provided as directed by the Director of Nursing Services, Assistant Director of Nursing Services, and Administrator, with the goal of maintaining the highest degree of quality care. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with all shifts available and shift differentials offered. The position is based at 1130 NW 15th St, Boca Raton, Florida 33486. Requirements

Hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing and meet applicable federal and state licensure requirements.
Speak and understand English.
Be knowledgeable about nursing and medical practices and procedures, and the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
Have a positive attitude toward the elderly.
Complete required background screening through the AHCA Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities
