About The Position

Hamilton Grove, a Greencroft Communities community in New Carlisle, Indiana, is seeking a part-time nurse for the day shift. The role provides clinical care in memory care, long-term care, and assisted living, with a focus on serving older adults with dignity, compassion, and respect. The nurse supports residents’ health, comfort, and quality of life while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. The day shift runs from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Compensation is $31.21–$32.42 per hour for an LPN or $35.80–$40.66 per hour for an RN. Hamilton Grove is part of a mission-focused, faith-based nonprofit organization.

Requirements

Current Indiana LPN or RN license.
Dependable attendance and a strong sense of accountability.
A resident-first approach to nursing care.
Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and coworkers.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in long-term care, senior living, memory care, or Alzheimer’s care.
Familiarity with the needs of older adults living with dementia.

Responsibilities

Assess residents and respond to changes in their condition.
Provide medications and treatments according to established care plans.
Deliver hands-on nursing services tailored to individual resident needs.
Communicate with physicians, families, and other members of the care team.
Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation.
Follow applicable nursing standards, community policies, and regulatory requirements.
Help create a safe, welcoming environment for residents.
Support the emotional and social needs of residents.
Advocate for residents’ needs and contribute to their everyday quality of life.
