About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is seeking registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide one-on-one home care to children and adults in Montgomery, Illinois. The listed shifts are Thursdays and Sundays, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Nurses provide compassionate care in patients’ homes and receive 24/7 RN support.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior experience in G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patients with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
