About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide one-on-one home care to children and adults in Evanston, Illinois. The role offers day-shift schedules Monday through Friday: either 6:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.–8:15 p.m., or 6:00 a.m.–8:15 p.m. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
