About The Position

We are seeking highly motivated per diem RNs for a growing organization. Nurses complete tasks related to the preparation, execution, and close-out of clinical research studies, following specific study protocol guidelines. The position is based primarily at the organization's Fair Lawn, New Jersey facility. Pay starts at $45 per hour. Day shifts typically run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and night shifts typically run from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. The same shift times apply to nurses with weekend availability.

Requirements

• Hold an active New Jersey RN or NP license.
• Have strong knowledge of FDA regulations and GCP/ICH guidelines as they apply to the conduct of clinical research.
• Have strong facilitation skills to work with different types of team members.
• Have working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrate a high degree of empathy for subjects and patients.

Nice To Haves

• Clinical Research Professional Certification.
