About The Position

Trillium Woods is currently recruiting for hospitality focused Nurses. We currently offer offer part-time day shift and part-time NOC opportunities. Trillium Woods is a Life Plan Community located on 46 beautiful acres in Plymouth, MN, offering a supportive, team-oriented environment where work makes a difference. Requirements

• Active MN RN/LPN licensure.
• Active CPR certification.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, perform simple arithmetic, and accurately document care provided.
• Proficient in EHR/EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare), Microsoft Office, and company technology platforms (e‑learning, incident reporting, scheduling/timekeeping).
• Demonstrates a strong desire to be a positive team member and to show respect for other team members.
• Must be able to pass preemployment screening process, which includes a criminal background check, drug test, tuberculosis skin test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
