About The Position

Dove Healthcare - West Eau Claire is seeking a nurse tech to provide nursing care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. The role is intended for a current nursing student who has completed at least one semester of nursing school and successfully passed pharmacology. Full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities are available, with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. Requirements

Current certification as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in the State of Wisconsin.
Successful completion of at least one semester of nursing school.
Successful completion of pharmacology.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and/or treatments.
Perform delegated nursing or nursing-related duties under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
Collect data on patient/resident conditions.
Maintain accurate and complete records of nursing care.
Report significant resident observations and changes in condition to the registered nurse in charge.
