About The Position
Hillcrest Firethorn in Lincoln, Nebraska, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Nurse Tech / Bath Aide to care for residents. The role focuses on supporting seniors with personal care and daily living activities while helping them feel comfortable, safe, and respected. The position works alongside the nursing team to provide compassionate, personalized care in a clean and safe environment. This is a full-time schedule of four 10-hour day shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Wednesdays and weekends off.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Current Nebraska CNA certification preferred.
- Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or personal care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, showering, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Help residents with dressing, mobility, and other daily living activities.
- Help ensure residents feel comfortable, safe, and respected during personal care.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment.
- Build positive relationships with residents and provide compassionate, personalized care.
- Work alongside the nursing team to deliver care.
