About The Position

Hillcrest Firethorn is hiring a compassionate and dependable Nurse Tech / Bath Aide to provide personalized care to senior residents. The role focuses on assisting with bathing and personal hygiene while helping residents feel comfortable, safe, and respected. The position is full-time and follows four 10-hour day shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Wednesdays and weekends off.

Nice To Haves

• Current Nebraska CNA certification preferred.
• Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or personal care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, showering, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help residents with dressing, mobility, and other activities of daily living.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable, safe, and respected during personal care.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents through compassionate, personalized care.
• Work with the nursing team to deliver care.
