About The Position
Dover Behavioral Health System is a 104-bed acute care psychiatric hospital in Dover, Delaware, serving adolescents and adults through inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. The hospital treats more than 10,000 patients annually and describes its care environment as focused on patient safety, quality care, and patient satisfaction. The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor works with nursing teams that include RNs, LPNs, and Unit Coordinators. Requirements
- Current license to practice nursing in the State of Delaware, or eligibility to receive or renew one.
- Current BLS certification.
- Leadership experience.
