About The Position
We are hiring (4) Full-Time Nursing Supervisors for 7AM-3PM in Far Rockaway, NY 11691! Agency RN - Nurse Supervisor Pay Rate: $65/hr. (weekly pay; every Thursday) OT & Holiday Rate: $97.50/hr. MUST HAVE NURSING HOME / LONG TERM CARE (LTC) EXPERIENCE! As an RN Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of our nursing team, guiding and supporting staff to ensure the highest standards of care are met. Requirements
- A valid RN license
- At least 1.5 years of supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
- A passion for leadership and a desire to inspire your team.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills paired with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- The flexibility to work a designated weekend or overnight schedule based on your selected opening.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus!
