We have an immediate part-time to full-time position available to support Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas. You can make a difference as a Registered Nurse by helping people stay in the comfort of their homes. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone looking for a flexible job with different responsibilities everyday. In this position, you will be part of a growing Home Care business with your focus on supporting clients in their home in a 1:1 environment. Requirements

Active South Dakota Registered Nurse license and in good standing.
Meets the health requirements for employees providing direct patient care.
Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
Have a valid driver's license and an insured automobile.
Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

perform new nursing client onboarding and develop care plan in collaboration with client, family, and other healthcare providers
perform hospitalization assessment and collaboration with other healthcare interdisciplinary team members as needed to ensure quality care is being provided
supervise, mentor, and support field nurses
conduct performance evaluations and competency evaluations for field nurses
conduct field visits and clinical observations
new client and nurse hand off training
delegation from Director of Nursing as needed
