About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for a weekend Nurse Supervisor position. As a Nurse Supervisor | RN, you will be responsible for ensuring that care delivery aligns with the company's mission, policies, and accepted standards of practice, including state and federal regulations. Your role will involve overseeing the operations, integration, and direction of nursing care during your assigned shift, as well as mentoring and educating nursing personnel and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

Active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
