About The Position

We are seeking a Private Duty Nursing Supervisor (RN) to support our growing team and ensure exceptional in-home care for our clients across Missouri. This role involves providing clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field nurses, conducting in-home supervisory visits, developing and updating care plans, training and mentoring nursing staff, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (required)
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
• Must have nursing supervisory experience
• Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with clients, families, and staff
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health, private duty nursing, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field nurses
• Conduct in-home supervisory visits to ensure high-quality, compliant care
• Develop, review, and update individualized care plans
• Train, mentor, and onboard nursing staff
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance (Missouri)
