Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) - Part-Time Afternoons St. Joseph's Village | Ypsilanti, MI Are you a compassionate RN or LPN looking for a flexible leadership opportunity? Join St. Joseph's Village as a Nurse Supervisor and help lead our Assisted Living and Independent Living communities. In this role, you'll support residents, guide caregivers, and serve as a trusted clinical resource.
Requirements
- Current Michigan RN or LPN license
- Nursing experience in senior care or a related setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for resident-centered care

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to caregivers and staff
- Promote resident safety, well-being, and quality of life
- Assist with resident assessments and care planning
- Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns
- Coordinate communication among residents, families, and the care team
- Serve as an on-call clinical resource
- Support quality care and regulatory compliance
