Requirements

Active Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in good standing
Current BLS Certification
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to resident care
A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Ability to safely lift, push, or pull up to 25–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in a warm and supportive environment
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and families to ensure exceptional care
Support resident independence, dignity, and quality of life
Accurately document care and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
