Nurse Supervisor for MICA/Behaviorial Health at Samaritan Hospital. This is an Exempt Full-Time position with 8-hour rotating shifts. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice / employment.
Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid driver’s license where required by assignment.

Nice To Haves

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Leadership experience & / or other experience / licensure / certifications aligned with area of responsibility & assignment.

Responsibilities

Frontline, department-based, direct or indirect healthcare department / program.
Formally / informally supervises daily & / or house functions of charge nurses, professional & frontline staff (multidisciplinary team) of assigned department.
May or may not have direct report relationships.
May be accountable for the staff coordination, scheduling & assignment or throughput.
May participate in & contributes to the performance management / review process.
Contributes to the daily performance, daily adherence to regulatory requirements & drives results of team within assigned department.
Implements departmental plans & priorities identified by accountable nurse leaders.
