Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Nurse scheduler experience required, to include use of Automated Scheduling Software, Payroll/Time management.
Experience managing a team required.
Must be able to read, write, speak English language.

Nice To Haves

UKG (WFD) scheduling software experience preferred.
Medical terminology knowledge is helpful.
Experience in a nursing home environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with management to schedule nursing staff using a master schedule and UKG (formerly Ultipro) Workforce Dimensions scheduling software.
Forecast/manage schedules to include scheduling vacations, FMLA, call offs, open positions and census changes.
Review timecards for accuracy, assists associates with missed punch forms.
Assure that scheduling software accurately reflects staff on the floor with regular updating.
