About The Position
Diversicare is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to residents and support their well-being. The role includes managing daily nursing operations, administering medications, promoting residents’ optimal functioning, and supervising CNAs to help ensure high-quality care. Nurses have access to ongoing education and professional development, and can pursue clinical career progression through roles such as RN Supervisor, Unit Manager, Clinical Educator, Assistant, and Director of Nursing. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for the night shift.
Requirements
- Hold a current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Collaborate effectively with residents, physicians, and fellow staff members.
- Meet prescribed nursing standards.
Responsibilities
