About The Position

The Nurse-RN provides nursing care to individual patients and families in an ambulatory setting. The role implements Patient First policies and procedures, delivers quality care, and helps create a warm, friendly, positive, and professional atmosphere for patients and employees. The nurse uses sound judgment when administering medical care and screening patients, administers medications with knowledge of their correct dosages, actions, and side effects, and assists physicians in emergency cases. The position also includes customer service, teamwork, and other duties as directed. The applicant must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, have keyboarding experience, communicate excellently in writing and verbally, and be licensed to practice as a nurse in Maryland. One year of clerical experience and one year of clinical experience administering medications are preferred. The salary range is $37.50–$43.50, depending on experience.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Keyboarding experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Licensed to practice as a nurse in the state of Maryland.

Nice To Haves
