Atrium Health (AH) Navicent Medical Center is a nationally recognized academic medical center, Level I Trauma Center, and Magnet®-designated hospital for nursing. Serving 30 counties and nearly 750,000 people, it is Georgia’s second-largest hospital, licensed for 637 beds across pediatrics, medical-surgical, trauma, and cardiac surgery services. Its Emergency Department, supported by helipad capability and three urgent care centers, treats more than 140,000 patients annually. AH Navicent also serves as the primary academic hospital for Mercer University School of Medicine, supporting residency and fellowship training for more than 100 residents and partnering with multiple universities as a clinical education site. AH Navicent Trauma Services is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the Process Improvement Program for its high-volume trauma department. This RN Program Manager will oversee all aspects of the clinical trauma process improvement program, ensure ongoing compliance with American College of Surgeons (ACS) regulatory standards, and support continued trauma verification. The role is responsible for achieving outcomes aligned with the organization’s mission, philosophy, goals, and objectives while maintaining professional competency in trauma clinical care, promoting a safe environment, and performing all job responsibilities safely. Ideal candidates will bring emergency department and leadership experience, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with physicians, hospital staff, and administrative teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented candidates with a strong passion for trauma services are strongly preferred.
