Requirements

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical transformation initiatives, quality improvement strategies, and standardized best practices aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify performance and learning needs; develop and deliver training, support competency development, and serve as a clinical expert resource.
• Collect, analyze, and report performance data to monitor project outcomes, timelines, quality metrics, and strategic objectives; identify issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and clinical outcomes.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, committees, councils, and professional organizations to advance safety, quality, documentation standards, the Interdisciplinary Practice Model, and initiatives supporting meaningful use and organizational priorities.
