About The Position

Cascade Health Services is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for local PRN shifts. Both part-time and full-time hours are available. The role offers flexibility and consistency through Cascade’s Workforce Marketplace, providing direct access to hospital shifts via a mobile app. This position offers W2 employment, meaning no self-employment taxes, full benefits eligibility, and immediate support. Cascade covers all associated costs.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Current BLS/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Recent experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• TB Test (MO requires 2-step), IGRA, or chest X-ray (team can assist)

Responsibilities

• Access open shifts in your area through the mobile app.
• Manage schedule and receive shift notifications via the mobile app.
• Clock in and out using the mobile app.
• Provide 24/7/365 real-human support via phone, live chat, or email.
• Receive weekly pay with daily advance options available.
