About The Position
Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is looking for a PRN LPN/RN for our Washington, PA location. The schedule will vary. Our nurses provide direct patient nursing care, which includes administering medication and carrying out therapeutic treatments. This exciting opportunity comes with comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
- LPN or RN Licensure.
- CPR certified.
- Pass PA Criminal Background Check
- Obtain Child Abuse and FBI Clearances
- Pass Drug
- 2-Step TB Test
- Valid driver’s license with favorable driving record.
- CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years nursing experience
- Critical Care experience
Responsibilities
- Administers medications.
- Carries out prescribed therapeutic treatments.
- Documents nursing observations and patient care rendered.
- Participates in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of nursing care.
- Intervenes in crises and other emergency situations and provides admission phone triage.
- Coordinates with all GRC departments as appropriate.
- Provides patient health education.
- Completes employee health duties.
- Intervenes in crises for all GRC departments during off hours.
