About The Position
The Staff Nurse at Adams Heritage plays a vital role in delivering person-centered nursing care by collaborating closely with the healthcare team, residents, and families. They participate in education efforts, provide leadership, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents. Their responsibilities include planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care, assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, performing tests, administering medications, and promoting patient independence through education on conditions and self-care skills, all within the scope of nursing practice in alignment with Adams Health Network's philosophy and standards.
Requirements
- PRN
- Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
- BLS/CPR Certification

- Senior Living Experience is Preferred
