Requirements

• Experienced RN or LPN.
• Skilled/Rehab experience.
• Experience using Point Click Care (PCC).
• IV experience.
• STR and LTC experience (for Float position).
• Clinical knowledge.
• Compassion.
• Dependability.
• Commitment to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care on SNF/Rehab and Float positions.
• Work on skilled rehab unit and LTC units (for Float position).
• Build lasting relationships with long-term care residents and their families.
• Care for individuals during short-term rehabilitation stays.
