About The Position

We’re hiring a compassionate RN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program, serving older adults in the Missouri Valley, IA community since 2024. This position will lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator, providing services to the senior population. The role involves engaging with the local community through education, referral development, and growing/maintaining patient census, while ensuring compliance through professional and ethical guidelines. Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.

Requirements

Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required
Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.
Successful completion of a full background check is required for employment. At times, this may include drug testing.
