About The Position

We’re hiring a compassionate RN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program, serving older adults in the Dillon, MT community since 2023. This position will have 2 direct reports and is located in Dillon, MT. We are partnered with the hospital locally. The setting is an Intensive Outpatient Program for older adults, ages 65+. The schedule is Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no call and no weekends. You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults. Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse in the state of practice required
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
• Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.
• Successful completion of a full background check is required for employment.
• At times, this may include drug testing.

Nice To Haves

• Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
• Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
• Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
• Growing and maintaining patient census
• Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
