About The Position

We’re hiring a compassionate RN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program, serving older adults in the Missouri Valley, IA community since 2024. This position will lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator. The role involves engaging with the local community through education, referral development, and growing/maintaining patient census, while ensuring compliance through professional and ethical guidelines. The program is designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.

Requirements

Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required
Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients. required
Successful completion of a full background check is required for employment. At times, this may include drug testing.
