About The Position

The Nurse Residency Program is an exclusive opportunity for recent nursing graduates with a passed NCLEX and licensure in the United States. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC)! Requirements

• Recent nursing graduates with a passed NCLEX and licensure in the United States.
• Current valid nursing license (LPN or RN) in U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing

• One on one nursing care

• Deliver care to people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
