Our new graduate positions offer hands-on experience, mentorship, and growth opportunities within our dynamic and innovative company! New graduates are eligible for the following departments: Accounting, Estimating, Fabrication Plant, Field Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Preconstruction, Project Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Obtained in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Comfortable working with teams and departments to achieve shared goals
- Committed to contributing to the success of GMF Steel Group
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Eager to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions
- Competitive and driven
