About The Position

Ventura MedStaff is seeking Nurse Recruiters to join our team! As a Nurse Recruiter with Ventura MedStaff, you will be building and maintaining relationships with quality healthcare professionals for our clients’ facilities. You will be responsible for the recruitment cycle and management of healthcare professionals, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, housing, assignment, and travel. This role requires problem-solving abilities, effective communication with internal and external teams, and the ability to meet personal and team sales targets. You will also attend and participate in meetings and events, acting as a company ambassador by providing a positive and professional manner to travelers and clients. Additionally, you will oversee the daily workflow and assignments of traveling employees, provide performance evaluations, manage time and attendance, and handle discipline and termination in accordance with company policy. Requirements

  • Basic clerical and administrative skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems as they arise.
  • Positive and go getting attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of Sales, Customer Service, Education, or Service industry experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

Responsibilities
