About The Position

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join its Primary Care team at the outpatient clinic at St. Mary of Nazareth in Chicago, Illinois. Requirements

Be licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner in Illinois.
Be board-certified in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or a related field.

Prior primary care experience is preferred but not required.
