Requirements
- Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) program.
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider, such as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, in North Carolina or eligible for licensure.
- Prior experience in an emergency department and/or urgent care.
- Demonstrated clinical competency.
- Effective leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with and care for patients.
- Ability to document medical records accurately for billing.
