About The Position

This is an opportunity to start your own independent practice (primary care or mental health) with full support from Kinstead Health. You will have the chance to care for patients in your community, your way, build long-term relationships, and create a schedule and model that works for your life. You will own your practice, while Kinstead handles insurance credentialing, payer contracting, billing, coding, revenue cycle management, EHR setup and support, virtual front desk services, scheduling, intake, operations, legal, compliance, business setup, and marketing tools and local growth support.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP, PMHNP, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ years of prior experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong ties to your local community (patients, schools, organizations, referral networks)
• A genuine desire to serve your community and build something meaningful locally
