About The Position

In this role, your main objective is to oversee, manage, and facilitate the execution and delivery of a subset of the portfolio (projects, epics and programs). You provide portfolio oversight, analysis, and reporting aligned with the strategy and portfolio governance framework, to support and enable steering, prioritisation, planning and decision-making, according to the corporate objectives and strategy.

Requirements

• Master's degree, or an equivalent level of professional experience, in a science, engineering, or business-oriented discipline
• Good knowledge with the SAP PPM Module, JIRA and/or other portfolio management tools
• Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
• Self-discipline: You set boundaries, manage your time effectively, and maintain focus on tasks without distractions
• Flexibility: You adapt quickly to changing situations, stay open to new ideas and feedback, and step in where needed to support your team
• Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
• Fluent in French or German and English

Nice To Haves

• Project management certification (PMP, IPMA, etc)
• Work experience in the field of aviation or air navigation service provision is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, budgets and organizational priorities, in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders (e.g. strategy managers, change managers, business owners)
• Optimize the business portfolio and its execution, to allow prioritization according to corporate roadmap, strategy, financial plan and resources availability
• Track the KPIs of the portfolio and its components against plans, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions
• Apply change and portfolio governance rules, including project document quality management and ensuring coherence across initiatives
• Serve as a coordination hub between portfolio and business units, enabling and applying consistent communication, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration
• Support the Head of Portfolio Management with monitoring & reporting, provide portfolio analysis, recommendations, and strategic guidance
• Accountable of the project data in the portfolio management tool
