About The Position

This is an opportunity for experienced nurse practitioners to launch their own independent practices with full support from Kinstead Health. It is not a traditional job, but rather a chance to own and operate a primary care or mental health practice, care for patients in the community in a desired manner, build long-term relationships, and create a flexible schedule. Kinstead Health handles insurance credentialing, payer contracting, billing, coding, revenue cycle management, EHR setup, virtual front desk services, scheduling, intake, operations, legal, compliance, business setup, and marketing support.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP, PMHNP, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ years of prior experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong ties to your local community (patients, schools, organizations, referral networks)
• A genuine desire to serve your community and build something meaningful locally
