Nurse Practitioner - (Part-Time) - Jackson, TN
About The Position
This is a part-time, 1099 contract position for a Nurse Practitioner to conduct veteran disability exams. The role offers a guaranteed income with built-in support in a provider-led organization. The Nurse Practitioner will conduct one-time assessments for Veterans to aid in their disability claim process. The setting is low-stress, with 1-6 Veterans seen per day. Assessments are completed electronically on a secure platform, and all necessary technology, training, and clinical support are provided. This role does not involve treatments, procedures, diagnosing, prescribing, billing, or disability percentage calculations. Scheduling is managed, and walk-ins are not permitted. There are no nights, weekends, or holidays required.
Requirements
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner.
- Ability to conduct one-time assessments for Veterans.
- Proficiency in reviewing records and completing assessments electronically.
- Willingness to work in a low-stress setting.
- Must be comfortable with a 1099 contract employment type.
- New graduates and experienced providers are welcome.
