About The Position
Provide high-quality care to cardiology patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Conduct assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Manage follow-up care and patient education for cardiac conditions. Support a team-based approach to patient care, ensuring continuity and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
- Three years of professional nursing experience.
- Current licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
