Nurse Practitioner Primary Care
About The Position
HarmonyCares is a national value-based provider of in-home primary care for people with complex healthcare needs. The company operates home-based primary care practices in 14 states and employs more than 200 primary care providers in an integrated, team-based, physician-driven model. The Nurse Practitioner provides primary care to high-acuity patients in their homes, with care focused on patients’ needs rather than visit volume. The role is Monday through Friday, with no holidays or hospital rounds and minimal call responsibilities. An assistant to support appointments and a company car with a driver are available in select markets. The posted pay range is $140,000 to $165,000 per year. Individual compensation packages depend on factors including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where the HarmonyCares Medical Group office is located.
- Federal DEA license or eligibility for one.
- Active CPR/BLS certification.
- Board certification.
- Valid, unencumbered driver's license and a good driving record.
- Directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care is sought.
